First time paying to park on someone's drive and was a little wary. However, nothing to concern about. Easy enough to find with sat nav, space large enough for comfort, felt comfortable about car security. 20 minute simple walk to the COOP Live arena. No issues getting out of town after the concert. All beats event parking hands down. Will definitely book this space again if available when attending that arena
