The directions and secure location were great.

First time user. Thought I booked NCP type car par park. But read text message when got to destination. Instructions were clear. The space owner very helpful. 10/10

Great space in a great place. Comms from owner were brilliant Only thing is that the space is a bit tight. It's good that it is not the one next to the wall but it gives little room for the driver/passenger in the car in the adjacent space to get in and out of their vehicle without giving yours a ding

Very clear and helpful instructions from owner. Parking was nice and secure. Google Maps took me into the open air car park opposite though, so it was a little tricky to find the right road in, but the photos helped.

Convenient and safe parking

contacted the owner day before who sent instructions which were easy to follow. Although when parking up it would be easier to state the [number] to park in front. Felt safe leaving the car and near to hotel, thanks

It was slightly tricky locating the keypad and how to get out but the owner was absolutely amazing and available on WhatsApp to advise so it was completely smooth. Defo will use again
