Parking space was fine but it was advertised as a ten minute walk to the venue when in fact it was a 31 minute walk away !!!!

Great spot, very close to the Etihad. Only down side was that with multiple vehicles parked on the drive you are blocked in and have to wait for the car at the front to arrive after the event to enable the cars behind to get off the drive!!!

Awful parking space , 7 cars parked on a driveway meaning your're boxed in until owner of the car at the front turns up .

Pre booked and arrived to find 3 cars already parked in the driveway, and no room for my car. No answer at door from owner, therefore forced to seek alternative parking.
Google maps shows that it is a 28 minute walk to the Co-op arena, a distance of 1.2 miles, and not as advertised. If I had researched this beforehand, I would not have opted to park here.

Space itself and location were great. The owner stacks several cars on the drive which means you may be blocked in and have to wait for others to arrive (which happened when I was there). The listing should make this clear (but it does not).
