Clear guidance to were the parking space was, ideal location.

Upon arrival at the parking space i entered the pin provided and was unable to gain access to the gated carpark. After unsucessfully trying to contact the owner of the space and Just Park for over 20 mins a member of the public asked me what i was doing and i explained i had a booking and was struggling to access the car park. He advised he lived in the apartments and the code i had was incorrect. After showing him my booking i was able to convince him to give me the new code and i could then park. This left me extremely stressed and also late for my meeting by nearly half an hour by the time i was able to get parked and head to the meeting. Very disappointed - especially given the cost of the space and also there being an NCP literally 2 mins away that would have been easier to access and cheaper.

Would be better if owner of said parking space informed people that the parking sauce was near start line of great manchester run when I arrived road was closed so I don't get to use parking space Wasted £27 Total con never again
