Parking on Great Bridgewater Street, M1

Brilliant location. Instructions perfect. Parking secure

I showed up at the security gates just after my booked time to discover the PIN code didn’t work and the huge metal gates would no open. I tried six times to put the pin in but nothing. I tried to buzz the help button but nobody responded despite pressing it and waiting. So I then tried the resident who I had hired the space from. The phone went to voicemail. I was completely stuck in central Manchester. I was about to drive off after 30 minutes of my attempts to gain entry when some people came out of the entry gates and I shouted to them to ask how I should get in. They said the code I had changed some time ago and they keep changing the codes. They gave me the code and the gates opened. What a relief after such a palaver. My return was no problem as the new code worked. I would hesitate to book this way again - if it hadn’t been for the people showing up I would have had to drive around the city centre in the evening to find alternatives. Having never drive into Manchester before I found the whole parking thing completely stressful. Be very careful when booking with Just park.

Visited a convention at Manchester central and was only 5 min walk to it so was ideal. Cheaper than the bigger car parks, easy to access. Thanks

Another car was parked in the space, so couldn't use it. Owner was no help when I phoned him. Great location for the Bridgewater, but academic if you can't park there. Had to pay for another spot, annoying
