Secure and easy to find

Chose parking space as descriptions made it sound quite safe, but its was a very isolated business centre and had to walk through dark streets past boarded up warehouses to get to and from. Did not feel safe at all. Also, the concert was over running and could find no option to just extend booking so had to make a whole new booking so ended up paying double fir and extra 5min. Don’t think I’ll use again.

Directions were good and the photo of the car park entrance was particularly helpful. To improve, there could be a sign at the entrance indicating it's the correct location, as a newbie can feel a little uncertain.
