It is 5 min walk to the hospital and university! It is safe and secure as access to the parking lot is restricted by security gates.

Rubbish - would never use again. The telephone number just went to the answerphone. Had to get a random to let me in & then waiting half hour for some visiting carpark to let me out

I discovered JustPark by chance and my first experience of using it was excellent. It was very reassuring to know that before I began my journey there was a parking space waiting for me at a very reasonable cost.

no problems. Friendly and helpful phone calls to find and park. Coded gates on compound, though gates were open when we came and left. 10 mins bus ride to city centre. would use again.

Good parking, secure within 15 min walk of the MMU. Communication however very poor - I was lucky to find the place and gates being open. Had that not been the case, nobody answered my phone when I rang, and only got response to my text about 1 hour late (after I've parked). So had the communication been good, this would have been a great experience, as it is, I was not too impressed.
