Space ok..about 20-25 mins from Ethiad..area bit dodgy but average for district..only real potential issue is that on arrival we were told by owner to move our car to end of space (next to wall)..when I expressed my concern that if someone else parked behind me I would be blocked in, he completely dismissed this and said it wouldn't happen and all would be ok..inevitably, this did happen but fortunately we arrived back after gig at same time..but could have have long delay otherwise..wouldn't risk again!

Great place to park. Easy to find and within walking distance of the ethiad stadium. Would absolutely use again for peace of mind! On returning to car the gate was closed, I rang the space owner and he came out straight away to open it for us. Great experience.
