The parking spot is situated in a friendly neighbourhood and I have had no issues in the 15 years I have lived here. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the parking spot and can be used to get to Manchester City Centre, Old Trafford Stadium, Emirates Stadium. If you want to walk, Emirates Stadium is about 20 minutes away and Old Trafford is about 30 minutes.
The space is big enough to fit large vehicles i.e. Volvo XC90. Parking can sometimes be tricky as the driveway entrance is on an angle, however shouldn’t be an issue - feel free to call for help.
