Such a safe and convenient space. Owner was lovely and even offered to give us a lift to Co-Op Live as he was leaving when we arrived. Would definitely park here again! :)

Easy to get to, clear instructions on how to park. Only 20min walk from Co-op Arena.

Lovely guy, came out to show me where to park. Told me that there's cctv that covers the drive, then gave us directions to the co-op live arena. Will definitely use this guy again if we visit the arena again. Thanks for a pleasant welcome

The owner of the parking space was very helpful and friendly. I contacted him before I set off to inform him I may arrive at a different time. The owner came out when I arrived to guide me in the space, so that I could drive out easily and to ensure there was plenty room for another car, which arrived whilst I was there. I was taken a back by the friendly welcome and recommended exit route to get back to the motorway. I will be going to more events at the Coop arena and have therefore already re booked this spot. I may not be travelling in my car to one of the events however I will ensure the person I am travelling with books this space. The price is also good. The walk to the arena is straight down the road until a junction where you turn left. It's about 20 minutes fast walk. There's no bottle neck of traffic when getting back to the car which I prefer. Allowing you to get on your way back home without delay.

Great parking and easy to find. In close walking distance to Co-op Live, perfect location to miss busy traffic after events. Owner was helpful, highly recommend!

Great space. Easy to find and location perfect for Etihad Stadium and CoOp Live. Really easy getting away also - was back on M60 within 10 minutes. Highly recommended and thank you.
