Parking on Bourdon Street, M40

Same has reviews parking was great easy to find 10-15 mins to co-op live arena no queues getting out... just a lot of youths hanging around 2 on moped with balaclavas riding around a bit sketchy walking back to car.

Space was easy to find and great for Etihad or walking in to town for shopping but we used it to go to coop live arena and returned around 11pm. Area was very quiet and we were followed by two youths on a moped. Just as one jumped off and headed towards us we reached the car and pressed the key to unlock it. The beep and flashing lights made him turn around and jump back on the moped and speed away. As we drove away we saw them circling around to check out another group of concert goers further down the road. They were both wearing balaclavas. Really shook us up so wouldn't park here again.

Quite convenient for Co-op Arena & Etihad. Nice spot for getting away.

Parking space in a quiet cul de sac 20 minutes walk from Co op arena. Half the price of official parking and no traffic getting out. Perfect - thank you!

Great spot just a 15 to 20 easy walk to the Co op live. Would definitely use again.

The parking was a 20 min walk from the arena. This was ideal parking as it cost a fraction of the price of event parking with no long queues to leave the carpark!

Very straight forward and easy to use

Felt safe leaving my family in the parking spot alone whilst i was at the match 100% worth the money and would do it again every matchday!! Thanks to the owner
