My drive is situated just off Erskine Street and the corner of Blackbrook Road Junction. As you enter the road off Stretford Road, its right by the Three Legs of Man Pub, Bet Fred and Best One Corner Shop. My drive is in a quiet family Oriented neighbourhood, its close to the Motorway, Princess Park Way and Chester Road. Great for Match days & Concerts at Old Trafford and Lancashire Cricket Ground, 10 Mins walk in to City Centre. The driveway is wide, when parking your vehicle please park as far to the left and leave the gap for accessing the property.
Please give at least 6/7 hours notice if wanting to park on the same day, as I have had few issues previously. Thank you.

Used space for football at Old Trafford. Walk to ground was around 30 mins. Space was easy to find, and vehicle was safe. Would use again, although there may be closer locations for stadium.

The man is absolutely lovely and chatty. Easy going and all info is direct. Tram stop about 15 minutes walk.

Easy to find and safe parking provided on a driveway that's away from the main road. 30-minute walk to Old Trafford.

Excellent communication with owner and at a great value for money. 30 min walk to/from the stadium which was ideal as we avoided the post-gig traffic. Couldnt find the address on Google maps but we found it by planning ahead. Thanks!
