Booking was overcomplicated. Went to the adress I was given and parked there for all of 20 minutes while I picked up someone from the station. Got a £100 parking ticket even though I paid for parking through JustPark. Horrible! I will be asking for compensation!

I found it great that on my confirmation email I could click for directions and went straight to Google maps and took us straight there. Also it was clearly sign posted when we arrived. Will definitely use JustPark again.
