A nightmare to get out after concert over an hour and a half

So simple, I could not believe it would be so easy.
Booked my space online having been let down by another parking app and paid with insurance taken as an optional extra in case there was some problem.
The email acknowledgement and receipt contained all the information I needed and a link to Google Maps so the directions were all planned in as well as a street view link to get a feel for the area.
Brilliant and cheap, I would definitely use again with confidence.
