What a find. Although I would like to keep it secret so only I can use it, I believe it deserves praise and I shouldn't be so selfish!
Very easy to find, a space big enough for a family car, away from the main road with a parking space that is gated (albeit easy to access).
Having parked, I made my way to Piccadilly Station in less than 10 mins on a very simple route.
On return, I met the proprietor who opened the gate and set me on my way. Very friendly.
I unequivocally recommend this site. It's safe, it's secure and very good VFM for the fringes of central Manchester.

Nice spot to park gates are closed but a big drive to park 15 minute walk to the ground easy get away after to the ring road
