My driveway is situated at the corner of Erskine street and blackbrook road junction. As you enter the road off stretford road it's right by the three legs of man pub, bet fred and best one shop..this driveway is in a very quiet family oriented neighbourhood. Its local to the motorway and princess park way and Chester road..great for match day events and concerts as a quick 10 minutes walk into town. The driveway is wide, however please dont be tempted to double park. When you park please park as close to the right of the garden as not to infringe on the neighbours property. Please leave the gap for access in and out of the property. Please park in the grey tiled area and not in the brown tiled area. I have a white car, if you come to park and it's there please knock my door to alert me you have arrived, you can call but I work from home and my phone is mainly on silent. The property is protected by CCTV
