Located on Verde Close in Luton. Less than 10 minutes drive to Luton Airport. My road is a cul-de-sac. I have 4 parking spaces. One parking space is my driveway, one in front of my house and the other two are adjacent within a few meters of my house. It is out of the way from any passing traffic or pedestrians (only residents, which is 4 family homes and courier drivers will attend), meaning it’s situated almost discreet in this part of the area. 2 spaces are big enough to accommodate large vehicles i.e. Large Vans and the other 2 spaces can accommodate large Cars i.e. Volvo XC90.

The parking space was exactly as described, easy to find with clear and detailed instructions provided by the owner. Communication was excellent, the directions and example pictures made the whole process simple and stress-free. The space itself felt safe and convenient, and I had no issues parking. I really appreciate the effort the owner made to keep everything straightforward. Would definitely recommend and happily book again in the future!

The parking space itself was okay, but unfortunately not well maintained. The right side was overgrown with thorny brambles which can scratch the car when parking. Worse still, when I returned, I found dirty shoe prints on my car bonnet — clearly someone had walked over it, possibly kids trying to reach the berries. This is unacceptable and the space should be better secured and maintained.
