Power Court Long Stay Station and Airport Car Park

Misleading Parking – Avoid at All Costs Terrible experience. I received two PCN fines after parking here, and I can see from other reviews that I’m far from the only one. While the car park is technically marked, the instructions are extremely unclear and misleading. It is very easy to believe the whole area is for airport parking, which is exactly what happened to me. Given the number of similar complaints, it’s obvious this is a recurring issue that has not been properly addressed. Instead of helping customers, the setup feels like a trap designed to catch people out. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend parking here under any circumstances.

I received a parking fine (PCN) from UKPC, despite having a valid JustPark booking. I arrived there at night (2am), the parking was dark and there was nobody to give me instructions where to park, so I just parked my car randomly in one of the lots and left. Days later I received a PCN (parking charge notice) from UKPC, claiming that I had parked my car without making a valid payment. After checking online on JustPark, I can see that the same thing has happened not just to me but to many other customers of JustPark over the last 2 months for the same parking. It seems that there are 2 different parkings (a "Main Car Park" and an "Airport Car Park") that have exactly the same address ("1 Power Court, Luton LU1 3JJ") and are difficult to distinguish, and even more difficult to find at night, because of lack of lights in the parking, and unclear signage to indicate which car park is which. Something needs to be done to prevent this from happening to more people, as it seems it has been a regular occurrence within the last 2 months with JustPark customers, according to the online reviews of this parking.

I got fined as the picture on this website isn't where the car park is.

I was charged second time few days after left the car on the parking following the destination provided by link, seems I parked my car on the wrong place. There was nobody on the parking on the time I arrived (4am).

Was told 1 power court, most recent picture shows my car in the wrong place with 7 power court in the text. Unclear signage and pictures, just received a PCN for parking in the wrong car park.

Total disaster - the car park showed in the app is actually an inaccessible construction site. I got fined for parking in what I thought was the correct parking place, and Just Park told me to fill an online form which led to an "Unfortunately we cannot help you..." message. Complete disappointment. I am currently waiting for the review of the situation from Just Park.

Very confusing car park. Lots of building work. Pictures provided on here show a car park that does not exist.

There was no signposting where to park, the site was a building site. I was charged with fine as the long stay car park was a building site and I parked in short stay despite it not being sign posted.
