On arrival we were met by 2 security guards, who had a list of people parking at this location, we were NOT on it !!!!
As you can imagine a heated discussion followed where we were told to leave. We did not.
As it turned out we left the car and returned to it in one piece. A friend of mine arrived at the same place Mr Steve Dowdell who also booked with you to find the same greeting.

this is the worst experience i had with just park so far. no clear indication/instructions where exactly the carpark is, had to drive in and out the carpark as not sure if i parked in the right place. tried to ring just park but no customer service weekends after 6pm? i had to go around asking where 108 was as no sign to say which one that is; nobody was able to help. still now i am not sure if where i parked is the right car park i booked through just park.

I've now parked here for times, it is a small car park, the only problem is, there are guys running the car park saying I'm not on their list booked by LTFC
but after a few word they say OK, but last night was very difficult I showed my booking on just park , he wasn't convinced but eventually relented, I just wanna park n go. what is happening?

security on site as I arrived but my name wasn't on the list. I had booked 2 weeks previous to my arrival. after a bit of back and forth and showing him my confirmation email he let me park there. secure parking and 5 min walk to Kenilworth Road.
