good spot thanks. some advice non how to get in and out of the terminals would be an excellent addition as you are so close, but at 3am, google maps takes you around the houses, and industrial estate

The parking was not a designated parking space, it was just on the street. It wasn't the clearest where to park because the blue cones the owner was referring to had been moved and somebody else was parked half way into the "spot" when we arrived. I could have just as easily not booked this and parked there regardless... If I pay for parking, I expect to be met with an actual designated parking spot.
