I would leave zero stars if this was an option!
I arrived for my pre-booked, pre-paid-for parking space, to find that the car park was full, and was informed of this (without so much as an apology) by the Holiday Inn staff. I was then left in a very stressful situation where I needed to find alternative parking in a very expensive area of London, on a weekend, with no notice. I explained this to the staff who didn't seem to care at all.
What is the Holiday Inn playing at, selling spaces that they don't have?? JustPark should stop doing business with them.

Tight spaces.
Have to hand in your keys - noone was at the desk so had to chase around where to submit them and wait in a queue at the hotel reception.

Easy to find, entrance via roller door, yes its pretty tight in places( especially for large 4x4) and if that worries you choose elsewhere, but staff were excellent and would thoroughly recommend this car park
