When I arrived there were two cars occupying the spaces, one was a Zipcar. I had to find alternative parking, which wasn't easy. I feel very cross that the space wasn't available as booked

Found space straight away on arrival, I seen comments regarding a tight entrance to the spot, for larger vehicles it may be slightly harder but for any competent driver it is easy to slide in, reversed in with no problem.
