Simple enough to find and within short walking distance of Wanstead Park.
Only worry is the damaged wall in the corner which could be a little tricky to negotiate depending on the position of the other car.

I arrived 15 minutes early and waited no more than 30 seconds before seeing the owner shift the bins out of the way and a young man move his car over to one side so that I could back mine onto their driveway. No hassle at all and the car was fine. Lovely neighbourhood. Thank you.
