On arrival I followed instructions to speak to the security guard who informed me that non residents can’t park there and this is a continual occurrence for just park customers. On trying to contact just park, your then sent a text message communication to raise the issue which then made me late for my meeting. If only residents can use the parking, then why advertise the space for rent. Tried doing a refund and it wouldn’t allow any funds to be transferred.
