Wimbledon Bridge Car Park

The parking is amazing and I always park at the same place. But this is the first time That I have problems with this car park and the reason is the app Just pay that I am not able to pay the car park for some reason.

Terrible system. Don't take cash and don't take chip and pin. Contactless payment or nothing... this car park used to have an actual human that would be extremely helpful and quicker and more efficient. Shocking and extremely put off from parking here again as last time the brand new machine didn't even work. All a money making scheme for an empty unmaintained space but who cares you made your money right?

Pay machine not working and completely covered up, only one machine so was forced to download the app to pay for parking. Had issues with the app on my phone so took a long time to finally make a payment by which time I was into the next hour of parking and so payed double when I wasn't actually parking there. Someone's got my money for nothing, also you pay extra using the app so it's a complete rip off/ theft of my hard earned cash disguised as a service.

Payment machine tried to overcharge

Parking system was changed between my parking and collecting my car. Several men working on new machines when I arrived back. I had to download a new app and register. Very complicated and took 20 minutes, even though I was assisted by a very charming and patient attendant. Still not sure if I've done it correctly.

Awful too complicated to pay.

Could not get either app to work or connect for 10mins. Then it required payment by Apple Pay which I did not have set up. This whole process took nearly 15mins by which time my parking costs had doubled. No help or assistance at all. Terrible service, won't be using this car park again.

Disgraceful overcharge.
