Lady on the phone very helpful however the guy that lives there has a car and always parks in the space when u leave for a bit or either blocks u from entry and exit

Not a great experience.
A car was on the drive when I arrived, no answer at the door so had to message for the host to then ring the car owner to get it moved. This did happen quite quickly.
On return found myself blocked in by the car owners mate who was also expecting to use the space (know this as the car owner admitted this to me when he moved the car upon arrival). Again no answer at the door, luckily I could squeeze my way out over next doors drive.

When I arrived another car was on the driveway, however I knocked on the door and the resident sorted this very quickly. Very good location for the Emirates, just a short walk away and easy enough to get back on to the M1.
