Parking on Westbourne Terrace, W2

I paid for 3 days for a non-existent space in front of a door number that no longer exists, because long ago the building became part of a hotel. None of the neighbours - and none of the hotel staff - recognised the parking space shown in the photo sent to me by JustPark. So I rang Just Park and was sent to a fresh car parking space at a private hotel. However the woman who sent me there had not informed Just Park I was arriving, so they could not accept me. In any case, the little hotel only has a very few number of spaces (maybe 10 in total) and all of them were already filled. By that time (mid evening) the Just Park phone lines were closed for the night. That night I paid to park elsewhere but rang Just Park the following morning - and I tried them again the next day. Each time I found that the previous member of staff I had spoken to had failed to record - or had incorrectly recorded - what had happened; and as I tried to explain it all over again the various staff got confused and said they could offer no help. I lost several hours the first evening and morning of two long-planned-for special days when a friend from the US and I were catching up after 15 years apart. I also lost a lot of money on emergency parking. A couple of days after I had returned home I received a message from Just Park, saying they were sorry to learn that I had received a parking fine (I hadn't said any such thing) and they explained the process I would need to go through in order to pay the fine! Database/IT improvement; appropriate staff training and monitoring; decent evening hours of customer service - maybe with those fundamental improvements Just Park would become an authentically professional organisation. Above all the company has a duty to avoid charging for a fictional address! If I had the time and patience I would be making a legal complaint and claim against them.

Just be aware this is a very tight spot and not immediately obvious when you pull up, you have to park at an angle and a lot more forward as if you're on the pavement took me a couple of drive rounds to work out

Metal poll on floor

The space is ok, easy to find it fits a car ok. It is not gated so anybody can access from the street as show in the picture. Clear instructions. My only recommendation it is to remove the broken metal tube from the parking space because it can damage the tyres.

Not the best parking space very tight and has a random metal bollard on the floor which is a headache to manoeuvre around or worry about scraping your car ?!
