Parking space on Waterson Street, E2

The instruction state to speak with security guard upon arrival who will direct you to space. The security guard nearly bit my head off when I approached him stating that JustPark was nothing to do with him. He reluctantly pointed me in the direction of the space. Without being directed, there is no obvious signage for Atlantic house, so would be difficult to locate. I had to collect my car just after 11pm by which time the entrance I drive in to was closed and there is no call button so so had to walk around to the other entrance. It’s dark and quiet as you walk back to the space, the lights to turn on as you begin walking but it’s not to most comfortable walk, esp a lone female. Space owner ca not be contacted using the phone number they provided.

Easy access and 24 hour security, to let you in and out of the gated entrance. Space is a bit tight due to beam on the right side but otherwise fine!

Be sure to seek out the gated entrance on Hackney Road if arriving weekday daytime. Advertised address is the access point for evenings and weekends. Needing to report to security made me feel like my car will be safe. And it was. Bay 17 is underground, well lite and spacious. Perfect! Thank you.

I was late to work because no one was there! I was waiting at front of the gate, ringing the doorbell, and nothing! Thanks to someone who was leaving the site and has opened the gate for me. The parking bay is not marked with the number, some of them they are so you have to count the other parking spaces and basically guess which one is yours.

I couldn't use the parking at almost as the instructions are not clear at all, didn't even manage to find the gate to access parking. The owner's number is also not the UK number so any calls would have resulted in additional charges. Will be requesting a refund.

A really good parking experience. The car park/building security attendant was in the office next to the security gate and very helpfully directed me to the right space. We left the car there the whole weekend and it was a super safe parking space (underground) and convenient. I didn't find it hard to find, with just a little bit of trip planning. Really happy with the space and service. I will definitely use this space again when i visit my son in Shoreditch again.
