Parking on Waterside Way, N17

Terrible experience. The car park I booked with Justpark near Tottenham Hotspur Stadium looked perfect and was a good price. However, I was horrified to find it completely closed (padlock across the gates and nobody there) when I arrived, despite the car park having good Justpark reviews for Spurs event days and Justpark having accepted my booking for that date and time. Justpark could not explain this and while they arranged for an alternative parking space, this was a lot further away and resulted in me missing a third of the event. Based on this experience, I can’t trust the availability of the car parks Justpark show on their website, and therefore will not use them again. I advise others to book with caution!

Booked parking for Post Malone concert at Tottenham- great communication. Having got to our so called hotel (which I decided not to stay at overnight bc it was vile) I called the guy to ask if we could get the car after the concert and take my overnight bag back to the car prior to the concert.He was so understanding and helpful. I will definitely park there again. It was secure too

We booked a slot when we were staying in London, he wouldn’t stop calling and texting to see how far away we were as soon as the payment went through and the booking still had 20 minutes before we needed to be there. He was extremely rude over the phone and cancelled on us while we were on our way to the space, he then wouldn’t allow a refund and said we used the space even though I had proof we never even got there or used it. Would not recommend or use again. Absolute joke.

I couldn't get back in touch with the man to gain access to my car. I was 30 minutes late but when I asked him if it would be a problem that I was late he said "I don't care, just call". Then his number was unreachable leaving me and my little sister stuck at night in London.

Great communication and efficient service was provided. We’ll definitely use the service again in the future.

This parking experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling unsafe. The instructions on how to obtain access to the car park were extremely convoluted and confusion and required a high amount of phone calls and messages. When I got to the destination and needed access in order to find a secretly hidden fob on a random car, the person didn't answer immediately and I was left not being able to access the space. Then once in this building where I needed to know exactly where to go, there is no phone signal at the bottom of a high rise apartment block so I couldn't communicate with the person. The way I had to get access to the space was ridiculously confusing, and I was told I had to 'prop a security door open' with something otherwise I'd get locked in. I felt very vulnerable - a woman alone in an underground carpark which I could get locked in so easily with just a man on the phone telling me instructions. On my return - I had to call the person multiple times before they even picked up and was unable to access my car until he did as I needed to be buzzed into a door, This is not an acceptable method of parking - it's unsafe from a personal security point of view , unclear as to how you get to the space , overly complicated and prone to error - getting locked in or not being able to collect your own car if the person Doesn't pick up the phone I would like a refund and would certainly not recommend this space

Great parking space , easy to find and very secure. The host was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Will always park there every time I'll visit London from now on .
