Turned up to the private parking and called owner. Owner confirmed they would come down to let us in. We waited a while then we had a returned call to say we couldn’t enter as the key hadn’t been returned from the last customer. So not only did I pay for the parking already, we then had to spend time looking for other places to park at an additional cost.
Just park tried to call the parking space owner but they ignored their call twice, I feel the owner did this as they didn’t want to issue a refund.

Excellent indoor parking belonging to apartment block. Easy to find and owner was flexible handing over key fob (we were late due to traffic.) The parking space felt safe and secure and conveniently located close to Canada Water station. The actual spot is situated on the upper level of a parking lift. The lift itself was easy to operate. Maybe check with the owner if your car is tall as the radio antenna of our small car was touching the ceiling.

Concierge of the block didn't want to hand over the fob as the wrong first name was put on envelope it was left in. Also not obvious where to find Concierge.
