Giving 3*. Despite being in a 4-star hotel, I did not feel comfortable going down 3 floors with a tight commercial lift with my car. I left my car safe, but it was kind of a hassle to find and get down, so I probably would go with something else next time, something easier to deal with.

The lift is not scary pull in stop ring the intercom between the 2 car lifts , tuck mirrors in, i have a 5 door hyundi

Terrible parking space. You go down by elevator but is so small the car will not fit without closing mirrors. Turning left/right to position the car, is impossible without a million maneuvers.
When trying to leave elevator got stuck for more than 15min and the space is so narrow you cannot leave your car (you cannot open doors). Luckily my wife was with me out of the car and she was able to reach ground floor to ask for help because the alarm didn't do a thing.
Not recommended at all.
