Easy to book, great price for parking in London, would recommend.

Terrible parking space. You go down by elevator but is so small the car will not fit without closing mirrors. Turning left/right to position the car, is impossible without a million maneuvers. When trying to leave elevator got stuck for more than 15min and the space is so narrow you cannot leave your car (you cannot open doors). Luckily my wife was with me out of the car and she was able to reach ground floor to ask for help because the alarm didn't do a thing. Not recommended at all.

Perfect car park

The car park was ideal for the hotel we booked in Victoria. We had a slight problem finding the actual entrance to the car park because our sat nav took us to the street where the Park Plaza hotel was but when we turned into the street we ended up on the exit side of the car park which meant we had to go around the block and continue further up the street to get to the actual entrance. The car lift itself was a new experience and although I was glad when the doors opened at the bottom it hasn't put me off using this car park again.

Locating this establishment presents a challenge due to the absence of parking signage or readily apparent parking indicators, as the parking entrance is discreetly positioned. Upon entering the street, the lift door is immediately on your left. To access the parking facility, one must press the bell, present identification, and await the lift door's opening. Subsequently, the vehicle can enter the lift, which will then transport it to the car park.

Très bien facile d accès et bon accueil

The intercom system is an absolute shambles, very hard to hear. The parking is a little scary, the car lift feels like you'll never see the light of day again and then 2 mins later you're in the car park. Same experience on the way out after 5 mins of trying to call the lift. Very decent price £6 for 18:30-23:00, very close to our destination (Victoria Palace theatre) and the staff were great help. Apart from the initial rude guy on the intercom. Maybe he would have been nicer if he didn't have to keep repeating himself from the awful intercom. Otherwise, 7/10.
