there are no boards to indicate which parking was JustPark and I also did not receive an email confirmation or receipt for my parking. The parking as such is good and well located - just better indication and necessary notifications will help improve the experience

Customer service was very helpful, we had a bad experience with parking, the porter didn't meet us on arriving we waited for him for one hour, then we called customer service and she helped us to find another car park, she has been with us all the way. Thank you very much for your help.

The space for pretty good value for the central location it was in, but it did seem doggy to keep the car there especially as it felt like a back alley and of course the empty suitcases at the entrance were not exactly assuring.
