The car park we used was across the road from a hospital. My partner was in for day surgery and I didn't want to get public transport on the way home. The price was reasonable but also her operation ran late so I had to extend my session by a couple of hours. The process was pretty simple and there was no extra charge . Very pleased with this service.

Easy to use website. Good communication. Good directions to carpark in central London. Staff at carpark friendly and helpful. Easy access to car mid-stay. Just what we needed.

Massively overpriced in comparison with booking directly with the car park (a third more expensive). On arrival I was informed that buying through Just Park didn’t guarantee me a parking space, the car park could have been full and I would have had to take up the grievance with Just Park and find alternative parking. Was also informed that the car park itself would take no liability for damage to the car as I had paid through Just Park. All in all a bit of a scam.
