It was very easy booking and everything went on smoothly. I'm sure using the car park whenever I come to London. Overall I'm impressed. I read how to access the park on the website and it was easy locating it because Google map gave me a wrong direction from Waterloo bridge but the information on your website already gave me an idea on how to locate the car park
