Need to know
Give the car park a call when you're around 20 minutes away. Drive to the Terminal Parking car park, hand over your keys at the Maple desk and a member of the team will park your car while you walk to the terminal.
When you get back, collect your luggage, call the car park and walk back there to collect your car.

Returning to a different terminal?
No problem. Add a return upgrade for the terminal you're flying into and a friendly driver will meet you there with your car. You can add this when you book.

Accessibility
Meet and greet services are ideal for accessibility needs, as there's no need for a shuttle bus – it's just a short distance to your terminal. It's also a great option if you're travelling with lots of luggage, children, or simply want a faster, simpler start.

The small print
London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) includes all terminals at Heathrow Airport. If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.05m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Prices are for cars only. If you're parking a van, lorry, caravan, trailer or mobile home you'll be charged extra. Minibuses and vehicles with 8 or more seats can't be taken for Meet and Greet services.
Make sure you leave enough time for your chauffeur to check your car for damage. It will only take a few minutes, but if you don't leave enough time, this may affect any claim you later make for damage.
All airport fees are included.

A bit tricky to find the car park in Heathrow T3. I ended up leaving the car on T2. After going twice to the drop off area, I've called the company to check where to leave the car and the person on the other side of the line was quite helpful. When I finally found the car park they offered to take me to T3 and if I wanted they could leave the car there also with no extra charges. When back, I noticed the person who moved the car from on terminal to the other, have eaten my snacks that I left in the car. Seriously...
