Parking on Treaty Street, N1

if i could give no stars i would the most horrible experience I have ever had. 1. turned up and there was a car in the parking space in the car park. (THIS IS NOT A DRIVEWAY AS STATED) 2. when I phoned jay L he said just park ANYWHERE in the car park it will be safe, when I asked would it be ok and the car will not be removed he stated (I THINK SO). 3. THEN the residents of 69 ,70,and 75 treaty street who use the car park where he sells the space and it's not actually a driveway, become threatening stating that this is illegal ,as the car park is private and they will have my vehicle removed. 4. when I phoned jay L to help to sort it out he just grunted and hung up, (THEN TURNED HIS PHONE OFF). 5. could not get through to jay L, and after travelling 2 hours drive now had no where to park and my 3 year old son was with me. 6. this is a scam and please do not use this it will cost you because it's not on a driveway and you can't park in the car park. THANKS FOR GIVING ME THE WORST DAY EVER AND TAKING MY MONEY. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CAR PARK SPACE IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived at the address to find that the reserved parking spot was already taken. Tried to contact the owner via text and phone, only to discover that the phone number was not in use. I booked this spot to pick up a friend from St Pancras. Due to the issue with parking spot, i was an hour late as i had to find an alternate parking spot. Very disappointed.

Great space. Very close the Kings X, just a short 10 minute walk along the canal. The space owner was extremely helpful and communicative. Easy spot to find, a safe and secure location, and would definitely use again. We've a 4x4 and there was plenty of space.
