Parking on The Grove, W5

Please change the description to say it only fits small cars! The space was so small I had to climb over to the passenger seat and still barely managed to get out. This parking space is not suitable for larger cars

Avoid This Space – Unusable and Poor Customer Service I booked this parking space through JustPark, expecting a straightforward and hassle-free experience. However, upon arrival, I found that the space was completely unusable. Despite my car being a standard-sized sedan (BMW 5 Series), I physically could not exit my vehicle once parked. It was also clear that if I had somehow squeezed in, the drivers of the cars parked on either side would have faced the same issue. Realizing the space was not fit for purpose, I immediately contacted JustPark customer service to cancel the booking. Their response? Unhelpful and dismissive. The space owner outright refused to cancel or refund, insisting he had “measured” the space and even parked vans there before. That logic makes no sense—just because a van has been there does not mean all vehicles can fit comfortably or that drivers can actually get in and out. What’s most frustrating is that JustPark sided with the owner, implying that I was somehow making this up. Not only have I lost money on a space I couldn’t use, but I also had to find and pay for another (more expensive) parking spot last minute—wasting both my time and money.

Perfect spot for getting to the tube station easily, just a few minutes walk along well lit and unthreatening streets. Narrow space, but then aren't they all in London, fine with our small car.

Was a little nervous as the car next to mine was much, much bigger, but everything was fine.

JustPark enabled me to find a very handy parking space at a reasonable price. The whole process was very quick and easy.

Space was blocked with another car. Owner when called seemed aware of this. A Neighbour suggested I asked pub nearby if ok to park in neighbours space (that was rented to nearby pub.). That was agreed but all a bit annoying.

First time I have done this. Will do it again
