No receptionist at hotel so had to get directions via phone which wasn't ideal. Tight spaces but overall happy and would use again if needed.

Easy to get to and its not within the congestion zone so a definite plus for Oxford circus and West end shopping. Slightly tight space for a longer car .

Overall no major issues. I called the number on the hotel and the friendly chap told me where to park. I did expect it to be an open hotel to so that it was a extra secure but it seems to be closed.
