Very unhappy. Less than one star if it were possible. Booked weeks in advance. Arrived to find that there were no spaces available at Ibis Greenwich hotel. Several cars were parked where there were no marked bays. Was told by staff that it was "first come first served"! Was told to park in disabled bay - not a good outcome. The hotel have clearly not kept reserved spaces available. JustPark should monitor closely to avoid this.

Awful arrived at the hotel to be advised it was first come first served and the car park was full. First time using this system and feel totally let down as we believed we paid and had a space reserved waiting no far from it. Iam pursuing a refund

I booked a parking slot through JustPark at Ibis hotel Greenwich. On arrival there were no available spaces. Hotel apologised and said this often happened and JustPark know about it. Had to use much more expensive parking as no time to organise cheap alternative before we were due somewhere. Cost me a lot more than necessary. JustPark no help whatsoever. I would advise avoiding using them. Surely if you BOOK something it should be available. I might as well have just taken a chance on where to park. Minimum star rating is one - but I would like to give them zero. Worse than useless!

I wouldn’t even give it a one. We got to the hotel and there wasn’t even any parking spaces available, yet we had paid for one. Ridiculous!!!
