Parking on Benedict Road, SW9

There was a van parked in the space. We called the owner and left voice message. No one got back to us and we missed our dinner reservation.

paid £21 to park in this spot, reserved it months ago. drove to Brixton from Southampton, over 2 hours only to find there was a van parked in the space. I tried to contact the owner, no answer, went to her flat rang door bell no answer. then I rang Just Park help like, no answer. many reviews for this person state they have had same issue. Just Park need to remove them from their database. had a nightmare trying to find an alternative spot to Park.

Someone was in the space and space owner didn't answer the phone. No one available to support

First time using justpark and we will never use it again. We booked a £28 parking space for an evening in Brixton. When we arrived the space was already occupied. We called and text the owners number 7 times as directed by the justpark confirmation email with no response. Then we tried the justpark number but they were closed. We lost all confidence in the service and it was too late to book another space or find a car park. Very disappointing as we had booked this spot as it was 2 minutes away from where we needed to be in a very busy area we did not know. Next time we will get the train as the whole experience, with the cost of petrol, congestion charge, parking and gig tickets, was over £200. Wish we could rate the service as zero stars.

The space was not empty when we arrived

Excellent space and ideally positioned for Brixton Academy. Very safe and well lit area. Owner provided clear information about the space. Would definitely use again.

A van was parked in the space which left me unable to park here. This made me late to a meet and greet at the O2 academy. I was not able to contact the space owner until after the parking was over. If the owner can block the space with a coded padlock then this would be a great parking space. Perfect for any events at the O2 Academy which is a 2 minute walk away.

Car parked in space. Owner unresponsive

I arrived an hour later than I had booked, but there was a car in the space. I messaged the space owner who advised they didn't know who was parked there and said I could park in one of the other designated spaces. Unfortunately, the bollard was locked and so we had to find parking elsewhere.
