Booked and paid for a parking space on person’s drive. Got there and space was taken. Knocked on the door and no answer. Rang the person’s number and no answer. Requested refund from Just Park. Never use them again.

Space is not narrow as advertised and fine for most vehicles. If you have estate/longer car you might overhang the space onto the pavement. There was a car parked in the space when we arrived after the booking time, but the owner moved the vehicle after we called and knocked on the door. On the day we parked, Southwold Rd was closed and we had to turn around and follow a diversion. This would have been good to know in advance.
