The space was already occupied and it took ages to find because we were looking for an unoccupied space. Forced to park on a kerb within the grounds of the block of flats because there was no other option by this time. Owner replied to say that would be fine but spent the day worrying that we would be clamped. Just Parks idea of compensation was £10 off a future spend on parking. An unsettling part of what should have been a great day out. This spot was so close to our daughter’s flat-absolutely perfect location for us. I might risk it again on the basis that it couldn’t happen twice. Just worried the owner is double bunking with another platform and lost track of who booked?

I was given what I thought was a house number on Southey road. The parking bay is off the street and within a block of flats. The bays are numbered. The customer support team were really helpful and we found the marked bay.
Great secure spot and an easy 5 min walk to the station. Would use again.
