This is a good parking spot in a quiet road. We parked there as we were going to see a band at the Brixton Academy. It is about 8 minutes walk away, so not far at all and really handy. All the owner asks is that you leave enough room for her to get out of her front door with a pram and bike. I would recommend this parking.
