I had a parking spot booked in Sloane Avenue Car Park Pre Book. I handed the car over to the valet to park as per instructions. Once returning to the office (20 min walk away), I noticed the car was unlocked from my car app. I rang the contact number to ask them to lock the car as it had my dashcam and other belongings in. After 30 mins there was still no sign of them locking the car.
I was left with no choice but to walk all the way back. Not only did I find the car unlocked but parked on the busy road. The parking was advertised as underground/secure parking but none of this was ensured. I had to physically take the key myself and lock the car but they refused to park it underground.
Will never use again. Please be wary of booking this spot if you care about your car.
