I had pre booked and paid for my stay for one night. On exiting I was not able to get out until I made contact with the park attendant. Looks like the system was not updated. So had to provide my confirmation number before exiting.

Tried to charge us £13 when a had already paid £11 to park for 2pm till 11.30 pm. And it wouldn’t let us out made us very late poor service never use again

Difficulty upon leaving, payment was needed to exit, even though we paid at point of booking. The attendants were very helpful and got us on the road within a couple of minutes.
