Parking on Sheringham Avenue, E12

There was a car already parked on the drive. When I spoke to the house owner I was made aware that the previous owner no longer owns the drive way and the previous owner legally has no right to rent out the drive. I tried calling the owner and no response. Please do not park here! I had to find alternative car park on the last minute! It was very frustrating. I have escalated this.

Someone had blocked the drive way with their car. Very frustrating. Tried calling owner no answer.

There is no specific space to park the car.

I booked this spot from 7:30-18:00. Upon arrival there was another car parked here already. I tried contacting the owner and still am waiting a response. I tried doing the bell too. I even tried contacting just park too. I was late for work. I would not recommend this parking spot! I'm still waiting for my refund.

I was greeted by a neighbour who told be the owners no longer live there. I called JustPark and was told they would contact the owner and get in touch with me as I have further bookings there. No one has rung me.

The space was too small. It wasn't long enough and my car overhung the pavement. I chose it because it said a van could fit but it would have to be a small van. It might have been possible to squeeze on at an angle but the rubbish bins and other items on the drive made that impossible.

very quick and easy to park. felt safe leaving my car there. landlord was friendly. will be parking again

Parking was great, easy to find and close to where I needed to be I have a small SUV and my car just fitted in... Having said that I'd book it again anyway because of its location and convenience.

Too tights to fit a BMW 3 series . More suitable for a corsa or Polo type car . 1/3 of my car was on the pavement , had to leave it like this, lucky that I did not get a ticket for almost blocking the public footpath ! This was so tight that while trying to park and fit my car there , I hit the wall extension and damaged my car , driveway was full of big size rubbishes . Must avoid .
