Care Park Grosvenor Place Car Park

This was my first time paying for parking in advance and using an App. Registration with the App was easy. Found a good parking spot close to destination at a reasonable cost. Arrived at car park and found a space. A little tight but OK. Carpark appeared safe and there were a lot of very high value cars parked whish was reassuring. Would use this service again.

We book a timing slot and had to wait 40 minutes before we could actually park the car in the parking bay as there weren’t no space. The attendant did apologise but he couldn’t do anything. There was another car blocking someone's car for over 1.5 hours and the attendant didn’t do anything. That person’s car should have been clamped. No systems on car count and what’s the point of pre booking if you can not manage your own car bays. Avoid if possible unless you don’t mind waiting to park your car.

Waste of time! Arrived to find that most of cars are parked on two spaces, which are still being advertised. Staff is aware, but dont do anything

Practically impossible to park! Lots of big vehicles parked on two spaces, but these spaces are still advertised for parking. Wasted so much time!

Had to meet family in Mayfair in London and got an amazing deal for parking. Will definitely use again

Great car park for Mayfair. Security very good. Very very nice cars in there but you can't just walk in as some people tried to but were stopped immediately. Easy entry and exit.
