Apex Parking - Victoria Car Park

Easy stress-free would use again

It's a somewhat confusing layout in the car park and the exit procedure isn't that clear.? More detail required on the booking explanation please..!!

I was not able to park as my vehicle was above the height restriction of the car park. Nowhere on the booking or confirmation did it state there was a height restriction in place. Not good enough!

This is to pay to reserve a spot not to pay for parking. This is not clear when booking as pricing is not factored in. Please keep in mind when booking

Easy to assess, confusing where to park once inside as various parking spaces allocated to companies etc. Stairwell leading outside is disgusting, smelt or urine and the steps were physically wet with it too- at 10am in the morning?! Tried to charge us again on exit, but spoke to the parking attendant via the intercom who quickly sorted for us. Would use again.

Starting with the exit - it read our reg and then said we owed £35. We pressed help and only when we read out our booking confirmation did they accept, but they were not happy we challenged this. PLEASE DO NOT PAY AGAIN!! So the parking spaces were tight and some other people did not park as expected, this made middle spaces very hard to park in, however by going up a few levels we found more spaces. Location is safe and you need your reg to get into the car park once you leave. Good access to Buckingham Palace, Victoria station and Cleveland clinic - around 15 mins walk.

I couldn’t open the barrier when leaving and had to pay £20 parking fee on top of what I had already paid in advance.

If you prebook a space they will try and charge you again on the way out when they shutters go up and the open barrier button in the app may not work, just wait for the guy on the intercom and tell them you pre-booked and to open the barrier and they will let you out, looks to be some sort of scam to double charge, make sure you park in the correct area, if booking through Apex, these are ones with no sign on them, we used floor 3A

Highly recommend car park booking, fully automated services. Thanks to JustPark I got the cheapest rate in central London. It was just £11.80 in total from 10am to 11pm, the whole day. Price was accurate and there were no hidden fees. Thanks JustPark.

Felt very safe, and big spaces for our SUV
