Easy to book and locate parking

It was easy to find, but no signage on site, there were no staff members and we were not sure we were in the right place, we had booked for Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, arrived at the car park and the only signs were for Ringo parking, there were spaces as we got there early, there was no reserved space for us, I don't know what would have happened if we had got there late,

There was a gang of around 20-30 black kids all hanging around in the car park and I saw one of them playing around with a knife. They were messing around in between the cars and in the car park and pushing each other around. They were eyeing us up after we had pulled in.
I was with my Mother and booked the parking for a concert for her birthday, needless to say neither of us felt safe parking there or getting out of the car and we did not want to leave the car there. We left immediately and just before the concert started, we had to find somewhere else to park but obviously all the surrounding roads were either blocked off and everywhere else was books so this was a huge inconvenience.

Easy access into and out of the area during event day. Had a worker at reception too incase we had any queries.
Only a short walk from the stadium.

It was easy to book and ammend. Would have given 5 stars but for the slight confusion at the car park. It was just a normal car park do I was slightly confused that I eould be charged for staying there.
