Total stress from beginning to end. The parking spot was behind a secure gate, I had to ring the host for the code. The host said they’d sent me a message through the Just Park app (something I didn’t even know I needed to download) - I explained I hadn’t received the message and they gave me the gate code. We got into the car park and no bays are marked at all. I ring the host again who tells us to ‘Just Park by the fence’ which we do. A neighbour then comes out of his house to shout at us and tells is this is a private car park. We try to explain we’ve booked the spot with his neighbour online and he just slams his door on us. Feeling shaken, we walk with our luggage to try and exit the car park but I have to call the host again to find out how to open the gate from the other side. I let the host know that their neighbour has just sworn at us and made us feel very nervous about leaving our car, but they honestly couldn’t have sounded any less concerned. We spent the whole of our stay worried that something would be done to our car and we even left a day early because of this. This person should not be renting out a non existent space when they have non compliant neighbours. It was an utterly terrible first hand experience of the Just Park website, and has definitely left us with very low confidence of ever using it again.

Private courtyard with locked gates so felt very happy leaving the car there. Instructions for parking were clear.

Lovely private court yard. Great access to our hotel & the local train station. Car was very secure. Would defiantly recommend to family & friends. Would park here again if we're in the area.
